This policy explains what Roof Launch collects when you use this website, apply, or talk to us, and what we do with it.Roof Launch is a brand of Expand Media LLC ("we", "us"), 30 N Gould St, Ste R, Sheridan, WY 82801.
What we collect
- What you tell us. Your answers in the application, such as your name, email, phone number, city and state, and your plans for training.
- Calls. Calls with us are recorded, along with notes our team makes.
- Payments. If you enroll, our payment processor collects your payment details. We do not store full card numbers.
- How you use the site. Pages viewed, the link or ad that brought you here, device and browser type, and approximate location from your IP address. We collect this with cookies and similar tools, including advertising pixels.
How we use it
- To review your application and contact you about it.
- To run calls, enroll you and deliver the training, kit and coaching.
- To process payments and refunds.
- To check call quality and train our team.
- To measure and improve our ads and this website.
- To meet legal, tax and accounting duties, and to prevent fraud.
Phone calls and text messages
If you give us your phone number and agree to it, we may call or text you about your application and your training. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. Agreeing to texts is not a condition of any purchase.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
Who we share it with
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with companies that work for us, under contract, to:
- host this website and keep it secure;
- run our application form, customer records, calendar, calls and messages;
- take payments;
- run and measure our ads (for example Meta);
- send email.
We may also share information when the law requires it, or if the business is sold or reorganised.
Cookies and ads
We use cookies and pixels to see which ads and pages work. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, and you can change your ad preferences in your Meta account settings.
How long we keep it
We keep application and call records for as long as we need them for the purposes above, and payment and enrollment records for as long as tax and accounting rules require.

You can ask to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you, or ask us to stop contacting you. Write tohello@rooflaunchtraining.com. Depending on your state, you may have more rights, and we will honour them.
Security
We use reasonable safeguards to protect your information. No system is completely secure.
Children
This website and our training are for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
